Hi there, my name is Kathleen Rose Stafford and I am a Petaluma based Real Estate Agent with Vanguard Properties. After two decades in relationship banking, I opened the Eastside Petaluma restaurant, Pongo’s Kitchen & Tap. During the ten years I owned Pongo's I gained essential experience, not just in entrepreneurship, but also in supporting my town of Petaluma. I believe in giving where you live. I continue that support now by volunteering with many non-profits and I sit on the Board of Directors for the Petaluma Chamber of Commerce. I enjoy working with people and Real Estate allows me to connect with my clients and really get to know them and what's important to them. That lead me to expand my knowledge beyond just holding my license, I also hold several designations and specialties in Real Estate. One being, The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) which gives me special insight into the 50+ community, and well versed in discussions on Downsizing, Decluttering, Deferred Maintenance and Aging-in-place.
